Fluffy Vanilla Cupcakes: Par Moi
Vanilla cupcakes are the perfect recipe for an indecisive cook. They are a classic choice for anyone from a sweet-tooth to a nibbler of sweets. I actually know this recipe by heart from the amounts of time I made them with my daughter. Let me know what you think once you try them out!
2 cups Flour
1.5 tsp Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
1.5 cup Butter (softened)
3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Preheat oven to 170c and line muffin cups with papers.
2. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
3. Add flour (mixed with baking powder and salt) alternating with milk. Stir in vanilla.
4. Divide evenly among pans and bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool in pans.
