One of the easiest and most delicious and healthy recipes to start of your day with, is a banana and peanut-butter sandwich. Its full of vitamins and protein, giving you a head start to the day full of energy!
2 thick slices white bread (toast bread/other)
50g butter, at room temperature
120g smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup mashed/cut banana (about 2 small bananas)
